Hi reefers,
Just a beginner here and set my tank a few months ago. I went on a trip and came back to tank with extremely high phosphate (0.50 ppm). I got the level down to under 0.10 and all the other corals are normal now except for the alveopora. It hasn't extended its polyp for a couple weeks. Is it gone? Thanks all.

Its not dead yet, but its on its way out if you can't fix whatever is bothering it.

Those are big changes in a short period of time. Try to keep your tank stable and hopefully it will pull through. What is your nitrate?
