Is your PO4 at 0.2 as I see? Can you get access to a Hanna checker (friend, LFS, buy online). Usually test kits are largely inaccurate. Melting softies sounds like high PO4 to me. I’d also cut back on feeding as the dying corals most likely aren’t starving but probably just making the water dirtier.

That’s a big alk number at 190ppm for a softy/LPS tank
Big Alks can make softies lie down.
How can I bring it down, my salt mixes at 189 ppm with RO/DI water, also would ammonia be doing this to m corals? A few days ago I tested my ammonia and it was at 1.0 ppm , this is literally the only test I have run that came back bad
