Unless you're seeing long hairy patches, then you don't need to worry.
Those older pieces of LR look really nice with the coraline on them. I've read you could brush them a bit to keep them algae free which will also release some spores in the tank to help populate other areas. If it's true or not, idk.. but it can't hurt. I always hit my coraline with a toothbrush while doing maintenance.
Looks to be cyano and green surface algae. Reduce white intensity for 5 days or turn off whites, 3-5 days. Add astrea snails, turbo snails, strawberry conchs and a pencil urchin
