So, my clowns have gotten quite territorial. Not unexpected as research shows but this does raise an issue that they are already in the tank and happy.

i tried to introduce a mandarin who did well, until he landed on coral and marilns rock.

with that in mind I want more fish.
2 clowns and a firefish in a 20 is fine but I have nothing in my high column.

Recently began thinking about some mollys maybe a small harem 1 male 2 females. Or maybe a wrasse.

what have y’all successfully introduced w aggressive clowns?

They do look interesting, lfs seems pretty on it with fish orders too may be attainable.

cardinals look interesting too w their big ol eyes

just worry they’ll try to setup their orbit lock on coral and marlins tower

I love cardinal fish, and I think they are a great pick. However if you want a fish higher in the tank mine definitely do not do that. I would still recommend them, if you want higher in the tank stack your rock higher.

The mollies would sit higher, although I don't know how well they would fare.

So, lost my firefish to an intake.
Planning a revamp if the whole build now whole livestock is minimal.

I think the new scape and layout might give me opportunity to introduce some new guys on even ground.

Gotta find a silver lining in each loss.

Really! You are already having issues yet want to add another 3 fish.
So 7 fish in a 20g with 2 already territorial fish, that’s just irresponsible.

considering the issue is a behavioral problem of a singular inhabitant it’s not the end of the line for livestock in an ecosystem.

Not sure I understand why aggression
would an end all to adding livestock.
