This is a recurring issue with the old and the new app. I have two 48-V2s and both have had the issue. Often after a power outage or a power cycle, one of the fixtures loses connectivity. I try to connect according to app instructions with no luck. In the past, I was able to connect only after repeating the connection attempts many times. It often took over an hour to get the fixture to connect to the app. Today, same issue. After an hour and many connection attempts, no connection. After repeated attempts, still no connection.
A summary of what I'm doing:
I reset the fixture either with the button or by unplugging the power supply.
The blue light blinks slowly.
I follow the app instructions, select the Photon Wi-Fi and the light goes to a rapid blinking blue.
I select my Wi-Fi router and the light goes to a solid blue, then a slow blinking blue.
No solid green light.
Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
