Yes it does.
I will be trying one at a time.
It's a small leak so I might be lucky
I tried Avast acrylic glue. Then weld on 4052
Then skigrip etc

Weldon 16. Great permanent solvent cement for repair. I fixed a leak I a tray I built with weldon 4 with acrylic shavings melted in the weldon. Amazon has all the weldon products.
I’ve seen a bunch of recent videos that recommend Weld-On 16 for fixing leaks in acrylic. I’m building an acrylic tank right now and even though I’m using Weld-On 4 for the construction, I bought a tube of 16 just in case. One thing to keep in mind is that 16 is a gel-like substance and when I cures it’s keeps it’s shape. So, put it on thin, over the leak area and clean up any excess before it cures, or you’ll end up with a hard blob that I’m told is really hard to get off.

I build quite a few tanks, sump and over flow boxes. You are correct. Remember with 3 and 4 the fit has to be perfect. 16 is for boo boos. Lol. People how don't have the patients to machine then sand and sand use 16 because it will cure hard and fill the gap. How big is the tank your building? To lazy to Read back

I’m building an approximate 50g. It’s 36x18x18, 1/2” thick. The acrylic feel into my lap, so I figured out a size that would work for me.

Assembled yet? Once you get the hang of it welding acrylic it's fun. Great find on the acrylic. Can't wait to see it.
