Adequate flow

Hi guys, after I read some threads it's still unclear whether I have enough flow for my acros or not.
The problem is: I see no polyps extension at all, all of them are hidden (except one acro). I bought all the frags 5 days ago. Could such behaviour be related to reduced flow in my tank?
Current configuration is: 2 Jebao SLW 20M powerheads on the back side. Put them on the back side because of aesthetic reasons. Mode is: gyre about 100%, I guess ~2k gph each.
Should I place them on the side glasses opposite to each other?
I've attached the video, there are brine shrimps in the water column to estimate the flows.

Any suggestions?

Most likely chemistry or lighting, and the fact that it looks like you only have 2 fish.

Well, it's run since beginning of May so the tank is approx. 4 weeks old.

Yeah, 2 fishes only but I'm dosing NO3 and PO4. I guess it's the main way to feed the acros because I have a fleece filter and water is clear enough. But I add nutrients from the bottle.

Params those I measured few hours ago:
Salinity 35ppt
Temperature 25.5C or approx. 78F (a heater is off, but it's pretty hot outside)
NO3 ~5mg/l
PO4 0.05mg/l (both NO3 and PO4 were undetectable a couple of weeks ago, I raised them up using bottles of additives)
PH 8.11
KH 7, and I haven't checked Ca level but it should be OK as well. Salt is: TM Pro Reef 75% and TM Bio-Actif 25%.
The light is AI Hydra 32HD, approx. 70% in the peak, daylight is 6 hours and 3 hours of each dawn and dusk.

I took a photo using large lens recently, actually acros extend polyps but they are really tiny, I even can't see them with naked eye. I know they can be extended up to 1/2 inch.

But how long it could last? I heard some people have success with acros in just 1 week after start.
Should I increase water changes (now it's about 10% per week)

The tank itself is 28x20x20 and there's also a sump ~20x17x14.
The schedule: now it's on acclimation mode so ~70% of full power.

It takes a few months to get aquariums established. Start with the easier corals such as zoas. Golden rule in this hobby - nothing good happens fast.
