I have a Waterbox 25 peninsula . It has a cleaner shrimp, 2 small clowns, and a baby chromis. The tank is about 8 months old. Everything is going great!!! I want to add an Azure damselfish, I just LOVE the color. What are the chances these 4 fish can coexist ? What do you think the percent/chances are for the them to live together?

I would not add damsels to a 25gal that already has clowns and chromis. Too much aggression and tank is too small. Maybe look into a goby or something more passive

I love my Azure Damsels. They can be a bit cranky, but it’s not like their out killing fish. They’re kinda like that aggressive dog that runs out in the street to bark, but doesn’t bite. The dart and may try to kinda nip, but no real damage that I’ve seen to any of my fish each time I’ve had them. They always spawn in my tank too.

What size tank do you have?

I find the Azure’s to be quite good. The YellowTails are more aggressive, but not deadly like a ticked off tang or clownfish.

Thanks!!! I just like their hardiness and color. I hope the 4 will survive together in a 25.. i guess that is why people are always going for bigger tanks lol

I have one in my tank. Beautiful little guy. Never have any problem but he is one of the smallest fish in the tank.
