Once acclimated, it should be fine there. How long have you had it in that position?
Almost 2 weeks intensity was at 50 percent on Saturday but I felt like I was burning the Duncan and the Acro wasn’t getting enough so I moved the Duncan down and raised to 60% but I only did that cause I felt like it wasn’t extending and it was losing color so I thought it was a light issue

Brightwell neophos, seachem flourish phosphorous, trisodium phosphate, feed more -- there are a few different options. I prefer to dose PO4 -- I feel I have more control that way. But adding more food is a perfectly viable option.

Coral doesn't like when there isn't any phosphate. It tends to turn pale/bleach then die, zoas melt, etc.
What amount should I dose instructions on neophose kinda confusing

You take your system volume (tank+sump), multiply it by the desired ppm PO4 increase, then multiply by 3.785.

Mathematically:
Dose volume = (system volume)*(target ppm increase)*3.785

So to raise a 100 gallon system by 0.01 ppm: 100 * 0.01 * 3.785 = 3.785 mL

Wait 24 hours, then retest. Dose (or not) as necessary to hit and maintain your target.
