Hello everyone!
I'm wanting viewpoints on flow for a 93 cube.
Heavy sps is the goal. Corner overflow.
If you have examples and pictures or a video that would be great!
Thanks!

I use an MP40 and MP10 on my 60 gallon cube but I'm barebottom.

MP10 won't work on that cube since the glass is likely thicker than 10mm, you'd have to get the MP40. I'm liking the Tunze pumps more and more these days. I like that they can be adjusted in the tank to point where you want them to. They also have the reputation of lasting forever. A lot of people sing the praises (and issues) of the Maxspect Gyre.

What are you looking for? Controllable? Constant flow? Small size?

I'm building one now as well, planning on using a gyre and an eco drift 4 on the back side of my rock.

One of the difficult parts of the cube is getting a decent flow pattern.

I run a Maxspect Gyre XF130 on my 93 gallon rimless cube and it works great and I only have it running at 30%.the only problem i ran into when setting it up was a deadspot in the corner only because the shape of the tank but I just pointed when of my returns in that corner and problem solved. the amount of water this pump moves is absolutely amazing.

Currently in the tabk now I have a Gyre xf 150 on the back wall and a rw 15 along the back wall pointing upward and towards the overflow.
Maybe I just need to tinker with the Gyre a little. It keeps blinking red at me.

I'm running both MP10 and MP40's on my 93g cube. No issues with the MP10 and glass thickness, in fact I've had these pumps on my 200g DD, which had much thicker glass. Very heavy SPS and very heavy fish load.
I also run a Jebao DC10000 at 100%, I'm a big fan of a lot of flow. Full sand bottom, build thread located in this forum. In the future I think I'm going to go with the WAV to complement my Apex suite.

See I've thought about the WAV also but my apex is downstairs where my sump is.

Mp40 and an MP10 on my 93 cube. Plenty of flow but if I had it to do over again I'd go with another MP40 over the MP10.

Lights I'm using are radion g3 with reef link. I think looking into the mp40 would probably be the best option.
