used the KISS theory on this one, I love IT!!!

Aquabooty, yes you are right with the KISS method.even the way I keep my reefs..I rely on manual 2 part a good skimmer (over rated) live rock and vodka(vodka NB7 reef plus combo daily) and water changes with a good salt brand..never used a calcium reactor or kalk stirrer..no GFO no carbon no refugium..no reactors of any kind. Im pretty cheap I know. I use Seachem calcium, Seachem carbonates and epsom salt for magnesium...good random flow and good lighting. I live in an apartment so I got to keep all compact..contained in one area...one day Ill buy a house and will be able to have my reef plumbed to a fish room!!

Looking good Andy. I know you have some corals in that thing so why not show us some updated pics homey? Your simple methods have always worked! You will have to post a pic or two of the 150g cube you just broke down before the move. You know what you're doing! That's for sure. And that Geissman looks awesome over the tank. And I love the look of ZERO powerheads. Nice concept. I'm sure it will be full of stuff soon...lol

Good job my friend!

A little conservative but I believe it will get the JOB done..Thanks Craig for the kind words! Im slowly stocking as you know..all the newly introduced SPS look like little nubs everywhere. Coral are still acclimating to light and water quality. Ill try to post pics soon. As for pics of the old reef that was up for a near 1.5 years I think I can find a couple pics a can throw them up on the SPS forum. And as for your reef.....................................looking sick..love the bells and whistles!!!

Last week I snagged the reefbrite 12 LED royal blue strip light..lovin it...Having the giesmann fixture I needed some supplementation to tie things together..so I went and purchased a 3x25in piece of white acrylic to fasten the light and pendents to....worked out great I like the look...these LED's are awesome they really POP my LPS

I also like how you hung the reefbrites. I've been thinking about adding a strip. But I don't want to mess with the esthetics of my fixture. I may end up mounting it to the back wall.

Looking good Andy. You gonna put a lid on that bad boy to contain those pretty wrasses? Finally! A FTS! It will look incredible in a few months as all of your tanks do...

You weren't kidding when you said bullet proof. I thought you were exagerating with that title. I love th ebuild and the thick glass makes the tank eem more elegant. What are the fish to the left of the YT in the last pic?
