Hey guys I have an innovative marine 25gallon lagoon aio tank. I took a break from reefing for a while and finally started this tank 7 months ago.
one thing I’m worried about is if I’m putting coral in the correct light I have a Red Sea 50 led light. I do not have a par meter

I'd suggest renting a PAR meter to get your numbers dialed in. It's very tough to gauge it by eye.

I would redo your scape a bit doesnt look bad dont know much about those red sea lights. Bulkreef has a sale going on lights. This is my tank 3 and a half months in with a tank change a month ago

Easiest way to know for sure is to rent a par meter as mentioned. Adding some peaks in your aquascape will allow you to mount corals with higher light requirements closer to the light. I also like leaving at least a two finger gap between rock and glass so that it can be cleaned and critters can get by.
