6500k T5 and ATi Blue Plus for growth and coloration ?

Will 6500k fluorescent T5 combo with ATi Blue Plus increase growth and coloration ?
i have x2 K7v3 for my 70 gallon tank, but the color doesn't look great and coral growth slow, i'm considering to use the combo above to make a hybrid. Cause i heard that the OG use it,if you guys have any experience in lighting, I would love to hear your thought.

I'd consider new T5 tubes in a cooler color (i.e. more blue).

Do you have a source for that image? The person who has that tank probably had a build thread or a post somewhere saying what they use.

In my experience, sufficient quality par is more important than color temp. GE6500k/ATI Blue Plus is a fine combo for growth if you find it aesthetically pleasing for your display.

That looks like a 14K or maybe even a 10K metal halide lit tank to me. If you are going to try to do it with T5'a I would think you would want something like the ATI Aquablue Special or Coral+, but it won't have the overall shimmer in that picture.

Depends on what you are comparing those T5s to, or how you apply it.
Depends on what you actually call "growth" and what you call " coloration".
Every light will give you different results!
Your personal preferences could be really different than any other person that will post anything here for that manner.
Experiences with different systems also have their variables that will need to be taken in consideration.
Hope you find your answers here some how after a bunch of suggestions.
BUT the ultimate way to do this is to see tanks and find the results you want, comparing to what you have.
