The bottom plate of the dosing chamber posed a couple challenges. First issue was the invividual plates did not all stop at the same point, so I sanded all of the plates down level with each other. This was done with a thick sheet of glass with sandpaper attached to the top. Once level it was ready to weld. Almost. As the center baffles are not able to be welded by dripping from the edge, I had to get creative. I ended up holding it at an angle with a gap between the box and the bottom plate and allowing it to flow downhill from one side to the other. Then the outside edges could be welded per usual. This picture was seconds after the weld and while everything still looks good we will see how it turns out
