So, after trying all our cameras to photograph the tank today I decided I like the old Olympus camera the best:


That's the micromussa and is pretty spot-on. It's an Olympus C-4000 4 Mpixel that is older than dirt but clearly still does the job! Better than the D90 and other P&S cameras I tried. I really need to Tokina 100 mm macro for the wife's Nikon though.

Dave, I've had bestnif luck with my Nikon when I shoot in raw format and then color correct with Photoshop.

Looking good! Just ready through the build thread and it reminds me of how I need to get something up here.. HA! I will continue to enjoy the ride! :)

Very beautiful tank. How do you like the leds from OR?

Also, the micromusa you had up a few posts back. Is this similar? I can't remember the name of it anymore.

Yours has thicker red rims I think.
