"If you have a question, we'll answer you within an hour or less (although we usually stop manning the comms around midnight, we're back at it around 7 AM!). If you have a problem, we'll make it right. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through, no forms to fill out. Plus, Ashley personally hand-writes a card to every single customer, every single order."
I also appreciate your entrepreneurial spirit! My kids and I just started a produce stand to sell our extra vegetables

I like the fact that you sell copepods by type, so I can get just the kind I need.
I enjoyed how you got the LFS to stay open late, then bought $100 worth of Phyto (OMG, the price) because you felt bad that you'd kept him late. Considerate to the max.
