The water will clear up after a few days, some sand dust will settle on the glass but wait a couple days before you try to wipe it down, also try to use an old credit card to wipe the inside of the glass.

Thank you for the picture of your electronics. I have been looking for that power controller and I did not know what brand it was. Your picture of the electronics was big enough that I could zoom in

Over time, you may end syphoning most of the fines out. No worries.

Tank still very cloudy i bought special grade reef sand that is supposed to be fine but not too fine. But tank still very cloudy.

How long till this clears up? I don't want to drain and refill. Will filter socks clean this up?

Very nice build man, finally got home and was able to check it out! The stand turned out amazing, so much better than the stock one!! I'm super glad this tank went to a good home :) Cant wait to see it in 6 months!!!

Thanks man yea I think I'm really going to enjoy it, I love it so far. I'm dieing waiting for the cycling to be done its like watching paint dry lol.

You can speed up cycling with a few products out there, but patience is key in this hobby :)

Yea I put some ammonia in to start then added biospira the next day.
But everything I've read says even though they say 24-48hr cycling it really only jump starts the cycle. My ammonia is now at 0 but nitrites are still up

Has the water cleared up for you?

Yea water is crystal clear. The answer to the cloudiness was filter socks and filter pading in sump and 24 hrs. N cycle Still waiting and waiting and waiting some more.
