dang mine went thru Indiana also but went thru good hopefully it gets to you soon when I got mine at 10ish the heat pack was still warm so must be a some good heat packs I'm sure it will get to asap keep us updated

For this reason I always like to ask vendors to have my shipment held at local fedex office. Mine closes at 8pm so I can still pick it up afterhours instead of waiting for next day, which mostly would mean DOAs.

So much for noon delivery, thanks Fedex - mine is still out moving around on the truck somewhere.

Just arrived and corals look happy in the bags, temp clocking in at 74 degrees.

It's looking like 1/3 of the orders we shipped yesterday will be delayed one extra day. We apologize for the inconvenience guys and will do our best to get replacements for any lost animals.
Here is the alert we recieved today from our shipper.

Due to this we have canceled any orders that were scheduled to go out today. Many of those orders were already rescheduled and we know this is crazy. We are going out of our mind as well. I will work on sending a mass email out to setup rescheduled shipping.

Again our sincere apologies to everyone.

Just a thought, what if buyers from nyc/nj pool our shipping module money together and pay 1 person to go up and get all the orders back down to us (compensate for gas and his/her time of course). That's way better than trusting fedex...

Update - my box arrived a day late and almost all of the frags (8 out of 10 total) look to be in great shape! Hats off to the ARC team for the great job packing and customer service throughout the process. Hoping the Rainbow Eclipses pull through but I’m pretty hopeful
