$3/lb live rock

My LFS had some 'nano rubble' live rock for sale for less than $3 a pound. I couldn't believe it, their Eco seeded stuff was more than double that.

I got a pair of the nicest looking ones to help seed my new tank

Not crazy teaming with life but there were some feather dusters fanning out an hour after I introduced the rock.

That’s a great find!

My LFS has similar rock in those farmers stock tubs, bacteria wise it’s live rock but very little visible life on it. Great for starting a tank without hitchhikers. It’s 9-10$ a lb

A store near me is selling “live rock”, for $16/lb… It’s Marco rock in a container and some bottled bacteria. Seems expensive for “seeded” dry rock lol.

That's ridiculous lol. I guess get the bag where you can but man that's a ripoff
