Got a tiger conch yesterday and noticed these 3 small shelled snails with black mouths probing out. Any idea what they are and if they are harmful?

Those are hoof snails - they're harmless. They ride around on their host snail eating its waste and any food it brings into range of their proboscises (their trunk-like mouths).
