225 Gallon Set up........Downgrade Sale

The kids are out of college and out on their so I am thinking it is time to downgrade to make travel a bit easier. I have this system that I am going to try breaking down within the next few weeks. I will need to set up a holding tank for the thinks I plan on keeping. No Livestock is for sale at this point, but will be in the future. Obviously I cant sell certain item until tank is sold or taken down. System will be 3 years old 9/15/22. Send me a message and will respond normally in the evening hours.

Here is what I have:
1. 225 Gallon Planet Aquarium main display tank that measures 72"x30"x25". Has the external overflow and two returns and also has a RedSea custom fit screen cover. VERY heavy dry weight. Price is $1000. Custom made stand Price is $500

2. 60" ATI hybrid light with mounts for AI and Kessil lights. Has 4 T5 bulbs that are 2 months old. Price is $300

3. AI Hydra 26 lights. I have 3 of these. Price is $200 each

4. MP40 Wave Makers. I have 3 of these. Price is $275 each

5. Reef Octo 250 int Skimmer. Price is $400

6. Kessil A80 Fuge Light with goose neck. Price is $80

7. Sump and ATO res. 70"x 23"x 16" tall. Price is $500

8. PanWorld 200 pump. Price is $150

* If you have a interest in the entire system you can have the Kalk reactor, dual BRS reactor, algae scrubber, UV sterilizer and 4 foot T5 fixture with 4 bulbs from the frag tank.

Location is 15 min from Pittsburgh, PA international Airport. Shipping will be done on smaller items at buyers cost.

After a few question I guess I really did not word the tank/stand correctly. So here it is......

Price for the tank and stand is $1500 and need to be sold together. Price will also include the redsea custom screen top and the Great White glass cleaner.

A few asked about the plumbing.......You can have any pipe, gate valves, manifolds and back flow that you want. I can care less about that stuff since it will not be used for the new system.
