We have a record of all ticket numbers and who they belong to so once drawings are complete we will contact the winners...if you don't contact us first! HA! You will not have to do anything more to be entered or to claim your prize. We are adding your tickets to the prize raffle box of your choice. You will be able to watch the drawing to see if you won within the Partner Member Forum!
So no you don't have to be present for the drawing

They will send it. I purchased extra tickets yesterday morning and they sent me that email in the afternoon. I imagine that they have A LOT of purchases to go through and want to make sure that they got everyone before they do the drawing.
The thing you need is the one thing that MOST of us don't have in this industry, Patience.

Hey there don’t you all worry!!! We’re working on getting all the tickets assigned and emails sent before we draw! We will not draw until everyone has their tickets!!! There is more info in the Partner forum about tickets!
