hydrogen peroxide dosing a Nano/Pico tank

Good Morning folks. I was looking into hydrogen peroxide dosing and wondered how this would effect a 5 gal pico tank? from everything I have read this is mainly used on larger systems. what I was wondering would a few drops every other day help me battle some of this ugly stage going on in the tank?

I use a magnetic scrubber and clean every so often, I don’t mind a bit of algae, but I love to be able to see all my corals !
