I just got the 6" Avast Swabbie with the small wiper, but I'm having a hard time getting it to fit. It barely squeezes in there, and I think the back is going to rub on the neck. The inner diameter of my skimmer's neck is 2.875" which is why I got the small.

Should I get the micro or should I just jam the small one in there?

Also, I don't love how the lid looks. It even has some brown stains on one side that I can't clean off. I may just get a retrofit, but if the swabbie wiper is so jammed in there, I'm worried the lid will just rotate instead of the wiper.

Any suggestions?

Hi @kinetic the stock sizes fit most skimmers but not all, sound like you are possibly right in between sizes so the retrofit option would be a good choice. I will respond to your DM with a few options to get this taken care of.
