Those blastos are gorgeousAnd a couple of gratuitous Blasto shots:
I lost my dragon soul again. I need a third one.
What did you get there!?
Oh you know... Stratosphere Zoa.and a Rhino's Reef Photo booth. What did you get there!?
I already posted that picture silly.Only one thumb because the zoa isn't in the booth for the picture.
That's right, now I see.I already posted that picture silly.
I didn't even turn it on for a week or two. Still have a little minor tweaking I'm doing during the prints. Front right corner still isn't adhering completely but for these prints it's workable. Minor bumps higher a little at a time.Glad to see you got it tuned! I'm sure you have a list of "things to print" a mile long. LOL
It is. We bought 8 of 9 colors. The black took a minute to dial in but finished really nice. The neon green printed good and is super bright for aquarium stuff. We've got a few more colors to try still but so far the black and green use the same settings. Was That the sunlu (or whatever brand) filament? Do you think it prints out ok? I'm shopping for more. I definitely prefer the petg so far. The pla isn't as nice finished as any petg stuff I've tried.
Sunlu is pretty decent, I use a few of their colors. Creality does make up the bulk of my usage though. It is. We bought 8 of 9 colors. The black took a minute to dial in but finished really nice. One thing I'm finding is that the temps for my printer seem to prefer lower temperatures - I'm printing at 225 for PETG and 185 for PLA.
Also, ironing the top layer makes for a nice smooth flat surface.
My Sunlu PLA printed better than my Creality PLA and the white was cleaner looking. Side by side, the spools looked similar but the finished project Creality was more yellow looking - almost like it burned?Sunlu is pretty decent, I use a few of their colors. I've tried cheap filaments and the quality isn't worth the savings, adhesion issues, finish, it's only a few dollars more for Sunlu or creality.
