Well, I made it home yesterday. The tank is good. A few pieces got knocked off, but everything survived. The SBB Creature Mille has been going downhill for a few weeks is still declining. I don't imagine it's going to last much longer.

We went car shopping today. Two options presented themselves:

1 Buy a car for my wife and I that would hopefully last a while
2 Let my daughter invest in a car with us, plan on driving it for a year or two and then hand it over to her

We went with option 2 and bought a GMC Envoy 4*4 - 2005 but only 107k miles. She's looking forward to getting her permit and learning to drive.

Yep, my daughter walked onto the lot, pointed at it, and said "I want that one.". I looked, the price was right, the miles were low enough, and it was 4*4.

So I set up one of the doser heads as an automatic primer for the overflow tube. I'll keep a watch on it and see but it looks like it should work.
