It's been 1 month since I installed the Jebao and started auto dosing phosphates and I'm sitting at 0.12. That's right where I had it set so I'd say we're doing good.

Nitrates are still off the charts so I'ma try to do a water change today if I can. I probably need more softies?

I have found carbon dosing controls my nitrates. It doesn't have much of an impact on phosphates in my experience, but since your dosing, it would be a little counter productive.

Just fed the tank.

Reef Roids
Coral Frenzy
Coral Cane
Reef Candy
Mysis
Nori

Everyone was out eating and swimming! Foxface was chasing down the mysids.nd slurping them up, PJs were fast! Powder Brown was hitting the nori and mysis. Even the Lawnmower came out and chased a few mysis. Milles all have their feeders out waving in the wind. Mushrooms opened and closed. Acans, Micros, Bowers, and Blastos are feeding. Zoas are... I'd say everything is happily fed.

Coral Snow and MB7 dose coming in a few.

I've considered giving it a shot (no pun intended). I was waiting for the Nitrate reagents to come in before starting. Now that they're here I need to start. I'll probably just use vinegar since we buy that 2 gallons at a time.

Even if it lowers the phosphates I can up my dosing while carbon dosing. Once I have everything in check and get my nitrates where they need to be I can back off on the vinegar and see what happens with the nitrates and phosphates.

Yeah it's just hard to say how it would affect your phosphates. For me it's hardly noticeable amount, not enough to control phosphates, I still mix some GFO in my carbon to keep my levels where I want them.
