Reef Octopus Tank
4ft L x 2ft D x 2ft H
Tank has very thick glass and appears to magnify everything in tank. Tank has center overflow and 2 bulkhead holes (1 drain and 1 return).
Cracked around bulkhead drain when but repairable. Tank is really heavy. Cracked during tank transfer to new stand.
Custom Modern Stand
4ft L x 2ft D x 39” H
Made of laminating plywood. Plywood has steel bar embedded in it (keeps it from bending and warping / support tank without a center brace). Stand has bulkhead cutouts for center drain and return.
Stand wrapped with laminate inside and outside of stand. Stand is water resistant, easy to wipe and clean due to laminate.
Doors are attached with magnets. Doors are removable and not attached with hinges. (No rust and is open for easy access for tank maintenance)
Stand also have a built in electrical drawer. Drawer pulls out for easy access to electrical equipment. (Mount controllers, apex, ecotech, etc.)
