The items are ordered in the system by the when they were uploaded, and not when they are "turned live" on the backend. We usually process, sort, and upload a whole batch, and then group them into hours so there's a good variety for every interval, so they may be out of the order of when they were uploaded.
So on https://uniquecorals.com/collections/livesale sorting by title/price will help find your item quickly. But yea new ones are definitely "dropped" at the 30 min and hour.
