Wow that's seriously impressive! What lights are you running?
Thanks! I run metal halides, in particular radiums. I also have a couple blue orphek led bars flanking the metal halides as supplemental. The coral is in very high par...I figured I would try to focus on growth during the competition, then likely decrease intensity once this is over and work on color.

Metal halides... cheater... jk

It looks amazing even with the higher lighting great job. I'm thinking the rest of us are actually just in a competition with you now.

I am not so sure...there are definitely others with some really impressive growth in this group. It has been fun to watch. Its interesting, I am getting a little bit lucky with this particular coral....but I've got plenty of other acros that haven't really done much in months, lol.

It's fun some of these comps the corals have grown super slow. The winners from the bloodbank battle ended with just over 2" of growth I think. But you look like your building some serious mass in that little colony.

I’m sure it doesn’t matter since I’m in the group of super slow growers on this one, but I must have bumped my frag when I was pulling some other things out yesterday. Came home from work and noticed the vertical section was on the sand. Glued it back next to the base to see if the base does anything interesting

Im out. Everything is dying. Never had a tank look better than just a couple months ago. Numbers are all good, no pests. Kept hands out. Taking a break.
