“Eggs” on power head?

So today I noticed these on a powerhead and have no idea what they are…

They’re approx 1/8” across, maybe slightly larger

Looks like bubble algae. I would turn the power head off so they don't blow all over then remove them. They can be pretty tough to get rid of if the get a good start

Well dang…

I suppose at least these ones are on equipment that’s easy removable for cleaning.
