I have tried to get good photos for months since I saw the first one. I only see them when I disturb the aquascape but at night they come out in force. They're about a centimeter or less and bright solid yellow. Today I got a lens kit for my phone. I couldn't take a picture because I couldn't...
I haven’t added any new rock or coral to my tank in months but today I noticed a bright yellow nudibranch about 2cm long moving across the back glass of my aquarium. The back of the tank is rarely cleaned so it wasn’t easy to photograph it through the algae buildup but here are the vest photos I...
Hi all,
So I found this thing slowly crawling along the waterline tonight...
It's about an inch long, but stretches out a little longer and shrinks back a little smaller. It looks like it has some little feelers/antennae on the front.
I for sure did not bring it into the tank at that size...
Hey you guys I made the awful discovery of Monti Eating Nudibranchs in my 55g tank. I plan on breaking off the dead portions, pulling out what I can to dip and scrub and add something to eat them. What fish can I get to help control/eradicate these little monsters? I've been told melanarus...
I have a bit of an Aptasia issue and would love to use some in my tank. Let me know if you have some available. Medium to large would be my preference, egg-laying age.
cheers,
Isaac
I just wanted to share my experiences with you all on the Hawaiian imperial nudibranch. I got this pair of nudi’s almost 2 weeks ago because I have a bunch of sponges in my tank and was hoping that these nudi’s would eat them as their known food source are sponges. They follow each other around...

Photos and video from my phone. Hopefully you can shed some light on this critter!

Here is a video of it:
Is it actually a nudibranch? Is it one to get rid of?
Thanks!
Looking to rid my tank of Aipastia and seems like this is one of the best and recommended methods. My biggest concern is they will become an expensive treat for my tank inhabitants before they get to eat the Aipastia. My biggest concerns are my Sally Lightfoot Crab, followed by my Coral Banded...
Things are getting out of control with Red Planaria in my 29 gallon reef tank. I've tried it all...manual removal which seems to be a daily chore, Flatworm eXit (multiple occasions), 12 line wrasse (casually grazes on them), but whatever I try I still find patches of flatworms on my rock work...
So I got a shipment in from the gulf region of florida and found a nudibranch. That's as far as I can get. It's not wearing a hat so I can't tell if it's a black hat or a white hat (dark side of the force or light side of the force for those that don't get the hat reference [ bad or good for...
