Hello, I'm having some concerns with my sand sifting sea star. I've done some research on what to do in this case and I'm adraid he may be starving. I saw elsewhere that I should try feeding Reef Roids, however If my lfs doesn't have any reef roids would it work to purchase microorganisms of...
This is probably going to sound abit odd to some people, but I’ve been breeding berghina nudibranchs for about a year now. As such I have a small tank that I use to grow aptasia on live rock to feed to them. The tank is 30l, full of live rock, has a cheap Chinese light and filter on it and gets...
Hello,
I got 14 nuds raging from 3/4 to 1”. I got them online to get rid of my aptasia and boy they got rid of all of them. Pick up 07083 or you will pay overnight shipping. $250 for all of them or $20 each.
Hi! I’m a new member to the reef world! I noticed a nudibranch in my tank tonight, but I was having trouble identifying what kind it is. I think it’s an aptasia eating one (Berghia nudibranch) but I wanted to be sure. Any ideas?
I have a few Berghia I’d like to sell off as they have accomplished their work in my reef. They are Adult size. Voracious appetite.
$10 a piece, 10 Available
*Sacramento Local Pick Up Only*
I am having a lot of trouble with keeping the zoas in my tank under control and at this point, just want to get rid of them all. They've already smothered and killed a lot of the corals I placed next to them to "sting" and keep back, and now they're reaching upwards towards the expensive ones...

These guys work FAST and will ONLY eat aiptasia!
Got a little bit of a flatworm outbreak in one of my tanks, so I'm looking to buy some BVNs. Also finally got my other tank cycled, so looking to get a yellow-headed pearly Jawfish!
Hey guys! I've got a little aiptasia issue in my nano tank. I'm looking to purchase Berghia nudibranch, especially in the Southern California area. If you're local to my area or willing to ship affordably, hit me up! :)
Hi everyone,
I’ve had this nudibranch in since I set up my aquarium about 5-6 weeks ago. I don’t have many corals in the tank yet but he still is lurking in the shadows, I’ve noticed he’s nocturnal.
I just wanted to see if anyone knows what kind of Nudi it is and if it may become an issue for...
I Need Help with my aiptasia problem, i’m tired of this, maybe someone have a some idea…
i have a 130gal mixed reef, and a lot of aiptasias everywhere.
I start with the Aiptasia-X - just mutiply more.
I introduced a some peppermint shrimp (3) and after a 2 days they disappeared
So i try...
I found this guy near the waterline after a water change. Its pretty large and can be easily spotted with a naked eye. Its in a bucket now.
Ive also seen something smaller that had a similar body type but a roundish hard piece on one end that looks like what some snails have on their ‘tails’...
Any idea what I’m working with here? It’s on the glass and there’s nothing similar on/near my montis. Looks almost like a berghia to me, but I’ve never had them.
I’ll try and get a better photo of the top.
Hi all reefers,
Anyone knows the general name or species name for this sea slug/nudibranch?
It’s in blue dotted on its back with black base body.
Curious on its diet.
Thanks
I'm in the process of setting up aiptasia eating nudibranch culture. I'd love some on egg crates. I'm willing to pick up or pay for shipping if there are enough
Hypothetically if you were Australian and you were struggling for months to find a distributor in your country to purchase a specific Nudibranch you have researched in depth, and it is illegal to import pretty much all marine animals in Australia without a license. And you didn't want a license...
I discovered nudibranches eating my zoa colonies.
First instinct was to purchase a large Melanurus wrasse, but a week in and he still has shown no interest in the nudibranches or in any food yet. I am hoping this will change soon.
I removed all the large colonies and did a freshwater dip for...
So I’m doing some maintenance today and I was moving my chalice when I noticed this growth on it. I’ve seen these guys on a rock I have in my sump that has fan worms on it so I figured they were baby worms until I saw them on the skeleton of my chalice. One was heavily infested while the others...
I've tried purchasing nudibranchs (Lettuce), but I've had no luck keeping them alive for more than a few days. Am I just not choosing the right one? Or perhaps, my tank parameters off?
I keep acropora and softies just fine. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong.
