This was taken 1/22/22 and I've since moved the mushrooms to the rocks in my tank as I read that they prefer to be on rocks and not in sand ;Cat My tank has been up since Sept. 2021, and I got the coral on Friday 1/21/22

Being offered a free frag but want to know what I’m putting in my tank if I do! can’t see under the actinics but it is a pinkish flesh color

So I was just gifted two small, what I believe to be, devils hand leather corals. Are these the ones that give off chemicals that stunt the growth of other corals? Forgive my ignorance but leathers, outside of toadstools, are foreign to me.

Two of my leathers are growing like crazy looking for advice about fragging/pruning names of the leathers and fair prices for frags would also be appreciated. May sell the round one a single piece, seems a shame to cut but it is overtaking the tank (100 g) thanks.
