encrusting

Green Toadstool frag was a impulse buy, didn't think about it covering my other corals in the future, had it for about a month now. Looking to trade it for a Montipora with nice coloration to fill in the empty plateau in the tank, since it receives pretty high flow. I'm in San Fernando Valley (SFV).

Not sure what this is. It’s encrusting. Mildly slimy. I was thinking some kind of trailing eggs. But it’s too encompassing to be that. Really have no idea.

I'm trying to identify this coral - it looks like a Duncan, but the skeleton is encrusting rather than branching. Any help appreciated. Thanks a lot!
