I have this Xenia (i think) that is growing out of control in my tank. I am trying to figure out what type of xenia it is so I can better figure out how to get rid of it or at least cut back some of it. I have posted a picture but this is like 2% of the total amount of it in my tank. It is...
I accidentally dropped this guy behind a rock about two months ago. Finally found him, and he’s just slightly purple at the tips now— is he going to make it?
Also, what the heck is this guy? I forgot what they called it at my LFS. I think they said galaxia but idk.
Thanks!
I just got my second world wide coral sub box and I think one of the corals are mislabeled because it doesn't look like a zoa? It was labeled a pandora zoa, but it's rather large? Maybe it is. who knows. See photos attached.
Hi guys, I want to get your opinion on what I was told was a Hammer a few months ago at my Lfs. I have since noticed the ends of the polyps are not singular. Instead, many of the polyps have more than 1 polyp branching the main. What do you think?
We've had this in one of our farm tanks for over a year and it's about 9-10" across. Beautiful piece. Any guesses on what it is...it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out.
Can anyone ID this coral?... - is it a coral?...
It is on a rock with yellow polyps and has a tubular shape with an opening in the end... It doesn't appear to change shape or position at all...
Thx...
