Hi, I have a Fluval evo 13.5 gallon and am thinking of getting a strawberry conch once my aquarium is established, is the Fluval evo an ok sized tank for them?

I saw this tank filled with conchs and they look just like a farm with bulbing plants. i thought it looked hilarious and ought to share!

So I have a bare bottom tank so one day I can have encrusting corals all over the bottom. But for now, it's just bare bottom. I am a big fan of the fighting conch, however, I don't know if it would do well without sand. Can someone confirm this?
