I’m selling my Kamoer FX-STP Peristaltic Pump with extras. This pump was purchased and literally used less than a month due to my main Cole-Parmer main peristaltic pump requiring factory service. Due to the large number of SPS coral within the aquarium, I could not afford to pause my calcium...
I need to buy a c02 regular for my calcium reactor and I can’t afford anything fancy like the carbon doser, what cheaper regulators would you guys recommend?
Does the output pressure have be be adjustable? I found one for 60$ but the output pressure is not adjustable and it’s at 20-35 is that to...
I am selling my GEO REEF CR818 Calcium Reactor and Secondary Chamber. It is the 2019 model which includes the Sicce Syncra 3.0 pump. I will also be including the Check Valve option. You will need poly tubing to make the connections. Let me know how much you will need. If I have enough I will...
Dear all,
I have installed in sump calcium reactor by Octopus. It is their 220 model. It worked fine for about a week with partially closed gas recirculation conduit. Now it has a bunch of gas circulating trough it. The regulator is Carbondoser. The effluent is pulled through with the Kamoer...
I am transitioning from dosing calcium/ alkalinity solution to using a calcium reactor.
I appreciate any recommendations and I have two main questions:
1. How much I should continue dosing as the calcium reactor gets going. Does my math look correct?
2. Where should I direct the effluent...
So I just installed my reactor last week
can’t seem to get my chamber going

Selling this GEO CR618. Cleaned and ready to go. Shipping will be expensive but I'm willing to ship. $375 shipped.
The only observation I could add is that I had a small leak in the Sicce pump intake so I decided to apply super glue. This does not affect the performance of the reactor in any...

I am looking to buy a used Korallin S or C 3002 to use as a sulfur denitrator. I do not need the media. The calcium reactor can be back converted to a sulfur denitrator. I am located in New York and could pay to have the unit shipped.
This is my first post on Reef 2 Reef. Please see my...

Hi,
I started to use a calcium reactor (Deltec) since three weeks ago.
The aquarium is about 148 gallon and is a mix aquarium.
The PH in the reactor is between 6.5 and 6.7.
The PH probe is connected to the Apex.
The drip rate is about 3 drops/s and CO2 bubble count in the reactor is about...
People who run CalRx have to make sure to keep an eye on their CO2 tank and be ready to get it filled on a moment's notice, or if you have a spare full tank, be ready to swap the backup tank for the active one when it runs out. The thing is, CalRx's often end up being a set it and forget it type...
Hello. I have a calcium reactor and recently decided to try out Red Sea Color program. The recommended dosage depends on the calcium dosing. Since I am not dosing calcium, I don't know how to determine my calcium dosage.
Any insights?
Thanks in advance.
I’m new to corals and I had a question about calcium reactor. Does this replace the need to dos for alk cal and mg? If so which one is better for ur system . Maybe I’m thinking it’s doing somthing different then it really is.... maybe someone can answer a few questions for me or knowledge me in...
Hi,
I have bought a used Bubble Magus calcium reaktor, but I can't figure out how to connect it.
There are two plastic tubing, I believe one for CO2 input and the other for water output.
But I can't see any tubing for water input.
I couldn't find any user guide on the internet.
Any hint...
Different take on the CO2 purge...
I finally got on board with doing more purges with my Aquarium Engineering stacked reactor. I started at once a week then a few times a week, and now daily.
Few observations that need testing to verify but it seems very plausible...
1) How often you purge...
