anemone acting weird

I got my tank used, the previous owner had them for 3 year, I had for a couple of months now, but never sen it float around.... it was previously on the sand. Is it being playful or sick, is it trying to go back to the rock?

I was looking at my tank this morning and noticed one of my rock flowers was missing or at least I thought it was until I noticed it seemed like one had moved directly on top of another. Has anyone ever seen any behavior like this with these? I can see the skirt of both of them sticking out but...

Has anyone ever seen maxi carpet do this!! Ive never seen one that looks like this. It's almost looks like what you see on a bounce mushroom.
