better video. Seems to have more on him today. They’re not like grainy like white ich they’re blotchy. Some on his tail fin. The other clowns and fish don’t seem to have any.

Vermited Snail? can irritate corals. Take the coral out of the tank pull it off with pliers than a dab of superglue over the spot where it is.
EDIT:After looking at your pic it seems to have hairs coming off it so maybe something else.
