Reef Pro is super helpful! I placed an order for a fish and he is doing great! I had a question so I emailed them and within 2 hours they responded. Definitely would recommend!

I placed an order with reef pro based off this post and selected a ship date. Reefpro missed two scheduled ship dates. The first time they did call me the day before, which ok I said it was good to go. They moved my ship date a few days away because I had a coral frag on my order and they only ship fish with coral on Thursdays for Friday. I thought it was weird, but I said ok.. and Thursday came around, didn’t hear or see tracking, thought to myself, sometimes hits later, so next day receieved nothing… shot them an e-mail, took the day off from work to receive my order. They said the conditioned fish I wanted didn’t look good to their standards so they didn’t ship and someone should’ve contacted me (which did not happen). i advised them of the inconvenience of taking off from work and they didn’t seem to care but eventually offered a frag for my inconvenience… .. fast forward a week later they shipped. I received my fish, but did not receive their promised frag…probably won’t buy from them, again.. felt like I was dealing with a chop shop…and their “purchase 3rd party shipping insurance“ or they don’t cover your fish is a joke in its own..

Hello sir, we are sorry you are not satisfied with your experience. It seems there was a bit of miscommunication with your order and we do apologize. I can promise we are not a chop shop. We take a lot of pride in our quality. In regards to our shipping insurance please see our guidelines as your perception of this is incorrect. Our Standard DOA applies on all our livestock regardless if the insurance is purchased. This insurance covers lost or damaged packages by the carrier which will result in the livestock perishing. UPS does not offer insurance to live commodities so we go through a third party. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the reply. No questions. My review is just based on how I felt, which was second rate. Didn’t seem like you guys really cared you fell short and cost me time and money. Best of luck on your future endeavors. I spent 2k with TCK corals this week, they carefully packed, shipped and on time and followed up to see how my delivery went. My package, while arrived safely from you all fell short on packaging, fish weren’t packaged right and probably had the wildest ride of their lives. When you treat each and every order like it’s you spending your dollar, your customer service will be above and beyond.. but hey missed promises is what I received.

Healthy fish, amazing selection, fair prices, excellent customer service, and every order is packaged very well. I‘ve placed several orders with Reef Pro and plan to place several more. Definitely a top-notch vendor!
