My transaction with Chad was great. I purchased 8 frag from him, he gave me a good deal, shipped promptly, packed well with a warm pack, and the frags arrived safely on time. One of them looked to have RTN on arrival; we watched it for a day, and then he gave me a refund on that frag when it continued to go downhill. I would not hesitate to deal with Chad again in the future.

This seller Chad Chapman posted an Ad on 2/6 mentioned “gsp free with any purchase” (screenshot attached) for his listings. I went ahead and brought $155 worth of Zoas from this guy expecting the zoas and the freebie. After I got the shipment and realized that there’s no gsp in box. At first I was thinking “it’s just gsp…no big deal”. After couple day I was thinking to order more zoas and thinking maybe he will give me that missing free gsp from last order so I reached out to the seller. To my surprise, the seller gave me excuses one after the other to avoid honoring his listing. First, he said the free gsp is only given upon request and it will cost me $45 for him to ship it for me. First of all, no where in his listing say anything about request has to be made in order to qualify for the free gsp and he should acknowledge his mistake and pickup the shipping cost and ship it to me. After that he said not every purchases qualify for free gsp. That got me wondered “what does going on?” So I send him a screenshot of his listing clearly stated by him “gsp free on any purchase”. His response was that gsp was taken. I know I was the first one purchased his zoas and there was another one after me who took the JB mushroom and I saw 90% of the sold items where mine so I am sure I was his first customer on his list for that Ad.

BEWARE of this seller as he’s not honest and don’t expect he will take care of you if there’s any issues with your order. I normally don’t leave negative feedback unless the seller did me wrong and I have no choice. In this case, the seller didn’t honor his listing agreement and lie about it. What a shame, he is R2R Partner Member and a Supporter too.
