I thinking of adding a white light as a I have extra oneThey look like they are stretching big time, needs more light!
I agree with the above, also what are your parameters?
I can do a test later, I’m kinda busy right nosI thinking of adding a white light as a I have extra one
I’m thinking of buying a better light on Black Friday or on sale any recommendations for a 40gAgree that they're stretching. Usually a sign of lower lighting. Partially open is always better than not open at all though! Sometimes the best thing to do is give them time and maintain stability. Trying to change too much at once can cause more harm than benefit.
If you're going to run softies and LPS id say the best bang for buck is going to be running 2 AI Prime 16hd. Ive had alot of success with themI’m thinking of buying a better light on Black Friday or on sale any recommendations for a 40g
I wanna try finger corals, more frogspawn, very float corals like torches, hammers and plate corals. Do you think this light would word for that?If you're going to run softies and LPS id say the best bang for buck is going to be running 2 AI Prime 16hd. Ive had alot of success with them
My dimensions areZoas are not difficult to keep. Mine have spread all over the tank; they have become a nuisance.
Zoas require minimal lighting and flow to thrive.
Please tell me; what are the dimensions of your tank and which manufacturer and model light are you using?
Those Zoas are hungry for light!
Yes they would grow all of that. Lights can be your biggest investment but they are also the most crucial piece of equipment to your coral healthI wanna try finger corals, more frogspawn, very float corals like torches, hammers and plate corals. Do you think this light would word for that?
