Can’t see them well in the video. Could you zoom in and take a close up picture? Also list your parameters. If they had been happy how long ago did they start acting like this. Did you notice the stringy things prior to them not being happy?

When Zoas behave that way it could be a new fish in the tank that is supposed to be reef safe but it’s not (flame angel, hippo tang adult,..etc)
Or could be new coral piece with some passengers (plague like ZOA eating nudibranches, or spiders (yes spiders lol))another reason could be some spots of dinoflagellates growing on top of them or some bacteria’s.
I suggest dip them at first…..

Well I do have a flame angel but have never seen it eat corals. I am more curious what the stringy things are
