I also have all the pictures, pictures of some mother colonies with names, and a one minutes video of everything for sale at the google drive link below. Local pickup in San Diego, CA or shipping is FedEx Priority Overnight for $50 for as much as I can stuff in a box.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policies/Requirements:
I understand that there may sometimes be delivery/shipping issues. In the rare instance that the issue(s) were caused by me, I would be happy to attempt to make things right. However, if the issues were caused by the package delivery company (FedEX), bad weather, or other circumstances that are out of my control, I cannot be held responsible. Below are my policies for deliveries.
Shipments must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. Any shipment delays that were not caused by me (package delivery company delay, mechanical failures, bad weather, etc.) will void any reimbursements, replacements, or credits. I may, however, be willing to work with you to supply you discounted replacement items as a gesture of goodwill. If replacement items are available, the buyer is responsible for the replacement shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that any items arrive dead, you must email me at [email protected] with a very clear digital picture of any dead items (still sealed in my shipping bag) within two (2) hours of the first delivery attempt. I may also ask you to ship me back the dead items, so be sure that you do not discard them.
After I receive the digital pictures (and returned items, if applicable) of any dead items, I will issue you credit for a future order. Replacement orders, credits, or refunds will be issued at my discretion due to each particular set of circumstances. I only provide credits, not monetary refunds.
I cannot guarantee that replacement corals will be available.
Any/all “freebies” are excluded from DOA replacements, credits, or refunds.
