I have recently decided to convert to a zoanthid and some various lps tank and ditch the sps. I currently have a 250 watt 14 hqi pendant no actinic's and feel on my 15g this will be to much for a zoa/lps only set-up. I have had t-5's on an earlier tank and thought the growth and coloration of my zoo's at that time were great. I understand this is a probable preferance question but what lighting will my zoo's most benifit from? should I down grade to 150 sunpod and swap out the white led's for all blue? lmk what you guys/gals think because the 250 has to go IMHO

You could always build a riser for the lights to sit on. This would increase the height of the lights from the surface of the water and reduce par and intensity one the corals. I would stay with 14k or go 20k as they don't have the Par of a 10k. Like jeremy said they look happy so buy more.
