I want to get some feedback from everyone on here about starting some Zoanthid related Educational threads. Everybody here is in different professions with various experiences, so we can all contribute whenever possible. I think the eventual goal is to have a "Zoanthid Education" forum with educational threads and some of the Zoathid-Spotlight threads.

Here are some topics I came up with, but I want feedback and topics from all of you.

1.) Light Spectrum
- A discussion on wavelengths, water penetration, bulb choices and how this impacts where in the water column we place our zoanthids.

2.) Zoanthid Structure
- A dissection type approach to zoanthid structure. This will help everybody to better describe the parts on zoanthids so that we aren’t saying Skirts/Tentacles …. Mouth/Opening …. Oral Disk/Base…etc.

3.) Water Quality
- This is a broad topic so here are few things we can touch on.
-- Overall readings in regards to the Ocean water vs Aquarium
-- Water Quality closer to the coast where zoanthids are found

Once again any feed back would be appreciated. So go out and find your technical documents, pocket protectors, binders, pens and backpack because class will start soon.

Start with this, a google search on "Zoanthid Structure"
