yuma from glass removal

I have a yuma that was blown off of the rock it was attached to about 3 months ago. It's now stuck to the glass on the bottom of my tank in the back corner. Whats the best way to remove it from the glass without harming it?

I just dealt with this with hairy mushrooms. One of two I was able to SLOWLY shave off with the edge of an old credit card. The other, I applied an ice cube to it and it released its muscles and I was able to peel it off
