How do I go about treating him?

I am thinking Metro/focus as I do not see any signs of bacterial infection.

Metro+Focus+food for 14 days. Typically reef safe just feed enough that eaten and not blowing all over the tank. You can also run carbon to catch any metro that might make it into the water column.

General cure addresses both intestinal worms and flagellates, where metroplex only treats the latter. Both present as white-stringy poop.

If you already have the metroplex on hand, it won’t hurt to give that a try first and see if it resolves... but just something to keep in mind.
