I’m currently running 2 xr15 g4 pros with diffusers on a 90g running the ab+ spectrum at 100%. I purchased the apogee 420 par meter when I was setting everything up and I’m only getting 150-180 par 10-12” below the waterline, which is my highest rock point. Needless to say I was a little disappointed with those numbers being that I want to grow some acros

On the eco smart web app it says I’m pulling around 136 watts.

So with the xho k15s it says they have 16 -3 watt leds = 48w of supplemental light.

Am I in the wrong to assume that adding one to each fixture ( 96w added total ) would get me into the 250-300 par range 10-12” deep in my tank?

I know your feeling. I just rented the 510 meter from BRS and my G4 XR15 at 8" below the water I got a max of 210 at 100% brightness in AB+
So i am getting rid of them and going with different lights that did better then radions for me in the past.

My last tank I had an xr30 g2 pro. I made switch to the noopsyche k7 Il lights and had better success. I am doing it again. I wasn’t going to spend another 300 for a 3rd xr15. Ordered 3 noopsyche lights and was only 600 for all 3 so selling my reef link and when I sell my xr15 I will basically spent no money for more light. This is on my reefer 350.

Did you map out the par throughout the tank and what's your tank dimensions? I've got a reefer 425/88 gallons (47" x 22.6" x 22") running two xr15 g4 pros and was thinking of ordering the BRS rental but it sounds like my results would be similar to yours as I'm running the ab+ spectrum (but on 50% at the moment, not 100%).

I haven’t but I can. I ordered the aquatic life hybrid fixture and plan on hooking it up Tuesday so I’ll bust out the par meter then.
